Rental Agreement — Please Read

1. Driver Requirements: Renter must be 21+ with a valid driver's license. A copy of your license will be required at pickup.


2. Payment: Full payment is due at pickup via Cash or Zelle. No credit cards accepted. No refunds after vehicle is picked up.


3. Fuel Policy: Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. A fuel fee will be charged for low fuel returns.


4. Mileage: Included mileage will be discussed at time of booking. Excess mileage is charged at $0.25/mile.


5. Damage: Renter is responsible for any damage, theft, or traffic violations occurring during the rental period.


6. Late Returns: Late returns without prior notice will incur a daily rate charge per day late.


7. Insurance: Renter must carry their own insurance or pay $15/day for company insurance. DEEZ CAR RENTALS is not responsible for accidents.


8. Smoking/Pets: No smoking or pets allowed in the vehicle. A cleaning fee of $150 applies if violated.
